智通财经APP讯，京信通信(02342)发布公告，集团预期截至2024年12月31日止年度集团母公司拥有人应占亏损将取得不多于6亿港元，而截至2023年12月31日止年度的集团母公司拥有人应占利润则取得约670万港元。
集团本年度的综合亏损主要是由于以下因素所致：1.全球电信运营商延迟网络资本项目的建设，导致集团于本年度的营业额及毛利下降;2.集团积极处理相关的存货报废;3.终止公司建议京信网络系统股份有限公司(京信网络)进行分拆及京信网络的A股于中国上海证券交易所科创板独立上市的财务影响合共约1.6亿港元。
董事会认为，集团维持稳健的财务状况及充足的营运资金。目前，集团已通过优化组织结构，调整管理团队，缩减人员编制，令整体成本更为合理，效率得以提升;国际订单显著上升而国内订单亦开始复苏。展望未来，新产品及新业务蓄势待发。董事会将持续审视集团的营运及策略以应对面前的挑战，对于全球运营商市场、企业专网市场以及通信科技发展于未来数年的前景和机遇，保持谨慎乐观。
