Imperium Technology's Controlling Shareholder to Place Company's Shares

Imperium Technology Group's (HKG:0776) controlling shareholder Diamond State will place up to a total of 93,310,000 shares of the company at HK$1.05 apiece to professional, institutional, corporate, and other investors, a Friday bourse filing said.

The shares represent 25% of the household and technology products seller's total issued share capital as of Jan. 24.

If all 93,310,000 shares are placed by the placing agent, Diamond State's shareholding in the company will fall to 121,118,488 shares, representing around 32.45% of its entire issued share capital.

Diamond State will subsequently remain as the company's controlling shareholder.
