泛海国际(00129.HK) 与母企汇汉控股(00214.HK) 今日(27日)早上9时起复牌。两间公司联合公布，泛海国际之间接全资附属Miracle Point Ventures，以总代价2,137.14万美元(约1.67亿港元)，向Diligent Shine及Brian Vision出售共93.26万股特殊目的公司持有之体育用品公司Amer Sports(AS.US) 股份。
完成后，卖方将不再持有特殊目的公司的任何股权。于特殊目的公司的120股B类股份由一名独立第三方投资经理持有。此外，卖方于已出售投资股份的权益于汇汉及泛海国际的综合财务报表分类为按公平价值计入其他全面收益的金融资产。因此，出售事项将不会对汇汉及泛海国际的综合收益表造成任何影响，以及收益约1.08亿港元将由投资重估储备转拨至收益储备。(jl/w)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。) (美股为即时串流报价； OTC市场股票除外，资料延迟最少15分钟。)
