　　中远海能（01138）公布，公司拟申请 2025 年度向特定对象发行 A 股股票，募资不超过80亿元。发行对象为包括中国远洋海运集团有限公司（以下简称“中远海运集团”）在内的不超过 35 名（含 35 名）特定投资者，中远海运集团承诺认购本次发行 A 股股票发行数量的 50%。

　　本次发行的募集资金将用于投资建造 6 艘 VLCC、2 艘 LNG 运输船以及 3 艘阿芙拉型原油轮。本次募投项目有利于公司把握行业发展趋势、优化船龄结构、扩充 LNG 运力、进一步提升内外贸油运竞争优势。
