　　红星美凯龙（01528）发布公告，公司董事会于近日收到非执行董事王文怀的书面辞职报告。王文怀因相关工作安排塬因，向董事会提出辞去非执行董事职务，并同时辞去董事会战略与投资委员会委员职务。

　　此外，经公司股东厦门建发股份有限公司推荐，董事会提名委员会审查同意，拟提名李玉鹏担任非执行董事，并在李玉鹏先生当选为非执行董事后，也将担任战略与投资委员会委员职务。
