　　沛然环保（08320）发布公告，于2025年1月24日（联交所交易时段后），公司（作为发行人）与配售代理订立配售协议，据此，配售代理有条件同意按最大努力原则以配售价0.10港元配售最多3600万股配售股份，并将收取所配售的配售股份总配售价2.0%的配售佣金。配售价于配售协议日期在联交所所报收市价每股0.108港元折价约7.41%。

　　配售事项的所得款项净额（经扣除配售事项的其他开支后）将为约345万港元。
