　　京基金融国际（01468）发布公告，于2025年1月27日，公司直接全资附属公司深圳市京基文化传媒有限公司（京基文化传媒）与北京热热文化科技有限公司（热热文化）订立战略合作框架协议。

　　根据战略合作协议，双方凭借各自的竞争优势，共同成立联营公司，探索海外AI智慧数据标注业务。双方将基于中国本土团队自主开发的开源先进大模型，训练资料标注模型，为潜在客户如社群媒体平台、线上交易市场及制造商等企业提供多元化服务。当战略合作计划具体落实时，双方将就成立联营公司及未来战略合作的项目等签署具体协议。
