招商局商业房托(01503.HK) 公布截至2024年12月31日止季度经营数据，物业平均出租率降至90.6%，对比去年9月底止的92.6%下降约2个百分点。其中写字楼物业平均按季下降3.1个百分点至89.8%，零售物业花园城则由上季的91.4%提升至93.5%，升幅为2.1个百分点。
于2024年12月31日，科技大厦、科技大厦二期及数码大厦因新租户签约，按季上升至每平方米139.6、123.3及128.7元人民币(下同)，对比9月30日止为137.4、122.9及127.1元。新时代广场因退租租户的现时租金均高于大厦现时租金，导致其现时租金按季下降2.4元至每平方米149.8元。招商局航华科贸中心因部分新租户申请减免等因素，其现时租金从每平方米281.5元下降至261.6元。(gc/k)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
