消息面上，京基金融国际公布，与热热文化订立战略合作框架协议，据此，双方共同成立联营探索海外AI慧数据标注业务，并将基于中国本土团队自主开发的开源先进大模型，训练资料标注模型，为潜在客户如社群媒体平台、线上交易市场及制造商等企业提供多元化服务。
值得注意的是，1月7日，京基金融国际公告，供股获认购99.1%，公司发行5.44亿股供股股份，所得款项净额约为4.13亿港元。据悉，京基金融国际去年10月中旬宣布，建议2供1发行最多约5.96亿股供股股份，每股供股股份0.91港元，筹集所得款项总额约5.4亿港元。此后，公司决定将认购价由每股供股股份0.91港元，修订为0.76港元。
