The Hong Kong Stock Exchange will cancel the listing of China Bright Culture Group (HKG:1859) on Feb. 4, a Tuesday bourse filing said.
The bourse had decided to cancel the listing on Nov. 8, 2024, after the Chinese TV content producer was unable to fulfill its resumption guidance by Sept. 30.
The firm sought a review of the decision on Nov. 19, 2024, however the delisting decision was upheld.
Trading in the company's shares has been suspended since March 31, 2023.
