据新浪科技报道，迅雷(XNET.US)已同意以5亿元人民币的总现金对价收购运营体育平台虎扑的上海匡慧网络科技有限公司。

交易的完成取决于某些条件，目前预计将在2025年上半年完成。

迅雷董事长兼首席执行官Jinbo Li表示：“收购虎扑有望与迅雷形成强大的协同效应。这一战略举措将利用迅雷在互联网内容传播领域的广泛用户基础和技术专长，结合虎扑的高质量体育内容和充满活力的社区，在一个具有高用户忠诚度的利基市场促进内容下载、社区互动和体育消费。”

他补充称：“此外，此次收购将通过虎扑的优质体育内容和活跃用户群丰富迅雷的内容生态系统，加强迅雷的社区运营，同时通过迅雷的技术和品牌优势增强用户体验。”

迅雷2024年第三季度财报显示，迅雷已连续11个季度保持盈利，Q3净利润为440万美元（约合人民币3181万元）。

Q3总营收为8010万美元，同比下降4.9%；净利润为440万美元，与去年同期持平；毛利润4050万美元，同比增长7.8%；毛利率相比去年同期44.6%上涨至50.8%。

会员用户数约为551万，相较去年同期的502万上涨49万。

每会员平均营收为40.9元人民币，去年同期为39.9元人民币。
