联交所公布，由今年2月4日上午9时起，煜盛文化(01859.HK) 的上市地位将根据《上市规则》第6.01A(1)条予以取消。
公告提及，煜盛文化股份自2023年3月31日起已暂停买卖。根据《上市规则》第6.01A(1)条，若该公司未能于去年9月30日或之前复牌，联交所可将该公司除牌。由于未能履行联交所订下的复牌指引而复牌。于去年11月8日，上市委员会决定取消该公司股份在联交所的上市地位。
于去年11月19日，煜盛文化向上市复核委员会申请复核上市委员会的决定。于今年1月17日，上市复核委员会维持上市委员会取消该公司上市地位的决定。按此，联交所将于今年2月4日上午9时起取消该公司的上市地位。(js/w)
