Shandong Fiberglass Group (SHA:605006) subsidiary Yishui Thermoelectric transferred its heating pipeline assets to Yishui Huayuan Heating, a subsidiary of Yishui City Development and Investment Group.
The assets, valued at 99.3 million yuan, will be transferred at an agreed price of 102.5 million yuan, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
The transaction is subject to shareholder approval.
