智通财经APP讯，梁志天设计集团(02262)发布公告，预期本集团于本年度的综合业绩大幅改善，取得介乎综合净亏损约400万港元至综合净利润约300万港元(惟此须经进一步调整及减值评估后方告作实)，对比截至2023年12月31日止年度的综合净亏损约2000万港元。
根据目前可取得的资料，董事会认为本集团于本年度的财务表现得到显著改善乃由于本年度中国房地产市场开始出现稳定迹象，鉴于本集团根据预期信用损失模型已建立足够的减值准备以应对过去数年中国房地产的下行信用风险，因此本集团本年度按照预期信用损失模型来计算的贸易应收款项及合同资产减值损失将大幅减少;毛利及其他收入增加;因应持续采取成本控制措施，销售和行政费用减少;及因平均银行借款减少，导致财务成本下降。亏损减少部分由本年度因人民币兑港币贬值，导致汇兑损失增加;及本年度应课税利润增加，导致所得税开支增加所抵销。
