Odaily星球日报讯 纳斯达克股票市场（Nasdaq）向美国 SEC 提交一项规则变更提案，以更新 iShares 比特币信托（iShares Bitcoin Trust）的相关规定。此次更新将允许以“实物转移”的方式进行信托比特币的转移。 根据新文件，“交易所现提议修改之前规则文件中关于信托创建和赎回流程的陈述，以便上市和交易股份，特别是允许信托的比特币实物转让。”“提议的实物转让流程将成为信托当前现金创建和赎回流程的替代方案。” 彭博 ETF 分析师 James Seyffart 发推表示，潜在的修订流程并不意味着个人投资者能够进行“实物”赎回和创建，只有授权参与者才能进行。
