亿达中国(03639.HK) 公布，前任董事问宏宇及外包公司一名前雇员，自2008年起分别或共同代表外包公司向多名第三方及国家工作人员提供贿赂，以协助外包公司在某些商业项目中获取商业利益。与此同时，该前雇员亦以非国家工作人员的身份收受贿赂。
于2023年年中，问宏宇及该前雇员被大连市纪委监委拘留，随后于2023年年底被大连市公安局普兰店区分局逮捕。一审由大连市普兰店区人民法院开庭审理，判决于2024年10月25日发出。外包公司随后向大连法院提出上诉，而大连法院作出终审判决，判决包括外包公司被判犯单位行贿罪，罚款20万元人民币(下同)；问宏宇先生被判犯单位行贿罪，处以监禁一年零六个月及罚款5万元；该前雇员被判犯单位行贿罪及非国家工作人员收受贿赂罪，处以监禁一年零五个月及罚款11万元等。
公告指，命令是最终判决。实质上，外包公司需要支付总额约2.96亿元，有关付款将对亿达中国的财务状况造成重大不利影响。该公司正在积极寻找可行的解决方案，尽量减低对公司财务状况的影响。
另外，亿达中国股份已于2024年4月2日起暂停于联交所买卖，以待刊发公司截至2023年12月31日止年度的年度业绩公告。(js/w)
