以太坊联创 Vitalik Buterin 最初提出的最小抗共谋基础设施（Minimal Anti-Collusion Infrastructure，MACI）是一种应用零知识证明为社区提供隐私保护和抗共谋的投票机制。关注于传统投票系统中的缺陷，例如欺诈、共谋和隐私缺失，提出了在链上解决这些问题的方法。
MACI 利用零知识技术确保投票在保持加密的同时，维护投票的完整性并防止买票或强制投票行为。在 MACI 投票轮中，有两种角色：操作员和用户。用户通过加密投票在链上向 MACI 智能合约投票。所有投票都带有链上时间戳，且只有操作员能够查看投票内容，投票结束后由操作员发布结果。
