BUZZ-Check Point Software rises on Q4 profit beat

** Cyber security solutions provider Check Point Software Technologies' CHKP.O shares up 6.4% at $216.92

** CHKP posts quarterly profit of $2.70 per share vs estimates of 2.65 per share, according to data compiled by LSEG

** Posts quarterly rev of $704 million vs estimates of $698.6 million

** Co saw a strong demand for its products, mainly "Quantum Force Appliances", and strong adoption for its "Infinity program" by existing and new customers — CFO Roy Galant

** CHKP expects 2025 revenue between $2.66 billion and $2.76 billion, in line with analysts' estimates of $2.71 billion

** Stock rose about 22.3% in 2024
