South Korea's food and beverage giant, SPC Group, will invest $160 million to establish its first North American bakery plant in Burleson, Texas, following local government approval, Yonhap News reported Monday.
The 150,000-square-meter facility, set to break ground this summer and finish by H2 2027, will supply bakery products across the US along with exporting to Canada and Latin America. The move aligns with SPC's strategy to expand in North and Latin American markets, the report said.
