International Bancshares Raises Semiannual Dividend by 6%

International Bancshares said Monday its board of directors approved a 6% increase to its semiannual cash dividend.

The financial holding company, which has 166 facilities and 256 ATMs in Texas and Oklahoma, raised it new dividend to 70 cents a share from 66 cents for shareholders of record as of Feb. 14.

The new payout, which equates to $1.40 a share per year, is payable on Feb. 28, and represents an annual yield of about 2.2%.
