SecureWorks (SCWX) has been acquired by Sophos in an all-cash deal that values Secureworks at about $859 million, the companies said Monday.
Secureworks' shares have stopped trading on Nasdaq, the companies said.
Under the terms, Secureworks' shareholders, including Dell Technologies (DELL), will get $8.50 per share in cash, they added.
Sophos is backed by investment firm Thoma Bravo.
