华夏文化科技(01566.HK) 公布，于1月22日自联交所接获函件，当中载列有关恢复公司股份买卖的4项复牌指引。
当中涉及对该等交易进行适当的独立法证调查，以确定是否存在任何不当交易、评估对公司业务营运及财务状况的影响、公布调查结果并采取适当补救行动；向监管机构表明集团管理层及/或任何对集团管理及营运具有重大影响力的人士的诚信、能力及/或品格并无合理的监管疑虑而可能令投资者承受风险或损害市场信心；进行独立内部监控审查，并表明公司已设有足够的内部监控与程序，以遵守上市规则；向市场公布所有重大资料，以供股东及其他投资者评估公司的状况。
公司将尽最大努力达成复牌指引所载条件，全面遵守上市规则以令联交所满意，并将寻求尽快恢复其股份买卖。
