易生活(00223.HK) 公布，独立调查委员会已于1月6日委任独立法证会计师，就导致延迟发出2024年中期业绩及刊发中期报告的事件展开调查，目前有关调查仍在进行中，独立法证会计师一直与集团中国营运附属公司联络，以取得有关不寻常交易及没有足够证明文件确认收益的交易之文件及资料，将进一步延迟发出2024年中期业绩及刊发中期报告。
应公司要求，股份已自2024年12月2日起暂停买卖，并将继续暂停买卖，直至另行通知为止。(gc/w)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
