Raffles Interior(01376.HK) 表示，就2023年公布收购武汉二厂汽水51%股权的交易，由于怀疑原卖方有潜在欺诈、失实陈述及违反收购事项的声明及保证，已指示礼德齐伯礼律师行有限法律责任合伙及德辅大律师事务所的一名大律师针对原卖方发出令状，并于1月27日向香港高等法院提交传讯令状，针对原卖方提出一般申索，现正寻求颁令撤销收购协议、宣布公司根据收购事项向原卖方发行的可换股票据予以注销，或作废或原卖方无权行使可换股票据项下的任何权利，以及就失实陈述及违约作出赔偿。
