Ten Sixty Four (ASX:X64) said the sunset date of the Deed Of Company Arrangement has been extended to Feb. 7 as it progresses with restructuring efforts, in a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
The extension may be further prolonged by agreement between KDTL and the Deed Administrator, the filing added.
