　　华营建筑（01582）发布公告，于2025年1月28日，本公司及本公司全资附属公司华营建筑有限公司（作为借款人）与一个银团（作为贷款人）订立融资协议及一系列财务文件，贷款人同意向借款人批出一笔金额最高为6.5亿港元的贷款（金额可按照所载条款进一步增加），以（其中包括）为现有债务再融资及╱或应付本集团的一般营运资金需要（该融资）。该融资的到期日为该融资的首次动用日期起计12个月之日或行使延期选择权时该融资首次动用日期起计36个月之日。
