专利摘要显示，本实用新型公开了一种水轮机制动风闸散热装置，包括制动盘和主动轴，制动盘的底部固定安装有安装板，制动盘的内外圈开设有两个流水孔，制动盘的内部设有散热机构，且散热机构包括第一散热板、支撑杆、安装环、冷水管、软管和流水孔，制动盘的外圈固定安装有第一散热板，制动盘的内壁固定安装有支撑杆，支撑杆的一端固定安装有安装环，安装环的内壁套接冷水管。通过制动盘对主动轴制动时，此时通过扇叶板转动，把产生的热量通过第二散热板以及散热孔排出，然后第一散热板把制动盘产生的热量导出，然后通过向冷水管内注水，再通过软管把冷水导入到流水孔内，而对制动盘进行冷却，而达到对其进行散热效果。
