天誉置业(00059.HK) 公布，百慕大最高法院商事法庭首席法官因行政原因，已重新安排呈请的聆讯至百慕大时间周四(6日)进行审理。
公告指，天誉置业仍未能获得任何资金来支持重组及解决公司的财务问题。即使能获得重组资金，但在中国房地产市场持续低迷的情况下，公司业务已恶化，无法按最初计划产生预期的销售收益以履行百慕大计划及香港计划项下的付款义务 ，以便为公司债权人提供更好的回报。
有鉴于上述原因，天誉置业董事会认定在2023年9月29日的重组支持协议的终止日期之前，没有合理的希望成功完成相关计划。因此，董事会于今年1月24日通过决议，决定并通知联合临时清盘人，董事会不反对联合临时清盘人在原定于今年1月31日举行的百慕大法院聆讯上不再寻求进一步延期。
另外，董事会确实相信公司的重组已不再可行，并认为百慕大法院在聆讯上颁令对公司进行清盘才符合公司债权人的最佳利益。(js/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
