泛海国际(00129.HK) 旗下洪水桥“汇都II”加推98伙，当中包括12个实用面积约338平方呎之一房单位、80个实用面积介乎395平方呎至448平方呎之两房单位，以及6个实用面积约490平方呎之三房单位，此外，是次首度推出10个顶层连天台特色单位，全批单位入场售价由337.59万元起，入场呎价由9,300元起。整批单位将于本周六(8日)上午11时公开发售。
新一张价单中，最低售价的单位为第5座1楼B02单位，属一房间隔，实用面积为338平方呎，售价为337.59万元，呎价为9,988元。
