Aeonx Digital Technology (BOM:524594) has received board approval to incorporate a wholly-owned subsidiary in the UAE tentatively named 'Aeonx Digital Technology FZ-LLC', according to a Monday filing to the BSE.
The proposed new subsidiary will operate in the technology and IT services industry, and it will help the company to expand AeonX Digital's international presence and strengthening its operations in the Middle East region.
Shares of the company were up over 2% in recent trade.
