1月24日，固生堂控股有限公司大股东涂志亮先生斥资734,686.93港币，增持30000股公司股票。

1月22日涂志亮先生以2,167,070港币在二级市场购入80900股公司股份，1月23日再度投入1,313,803.07港币，增持49100股。连续三天，涂志亮累计增持160,000股，总计投入资金4,295,560港币。

据了解，2021年上市时，固生堂仅有41家分院，到2024年6月30日，公司在国内外的分院数量已达74家。

固生堂作为知名中医机构，也面临着诸多方面的投诉的问题。据黑猫投诉 【下载黑猫投诉客户端】平台，固生堂投诉案例有5件（截至2025年2月4日），投诉内容涉及少配药欺骗消费者，态度差，包装出现偏差等。

另据公开行政处罚信息显示，2023年8月，上海固生堂金悦门诊部有限公司卫生健康行政处罚案。该公司因未办理诊疗科目登记或者未按照规定进行校验被上海市宝山区卫生健康委员会警告并罚款1000元，处罚依据为《放射诊疗管理规定》第三十八条第(二)项。

2023年6月，其因存在过度检查、提供不必要的医药服务、重复收费、串换药品(医用耗材、诊疗项目和服务设施)、超范围支付的违规行为，被上海市宝山区医疗保障局罚款0.8万元。

据公开信息，金悦门诊部有限公司为其间接100%占股的附属公司，主要业务是提供医疗服务。此外，固生堂成立于2010年，为中医连锁品牌，业务布局北上广深等区域，2021年末在港交所上市。
