智通财经APP获悉，洛阳钼业(03993)午后涨近5%，截至发稿，涨4.57%，报5.95港元，成交额9471.11万港元。
消息面上，商务部与海关总署联合宣布，为维护国家安全和利益、履行防扩散等国际义务，经国务院批准，即日起对钨、碲、铋、钼、铟相关物项实施出口管制。据悉，洛阳钼业主要从事基本金属、稀有金属的采、选、冶等矿山采掘及加工和金属贸易业务，是全球领先的铜、钴、钼、钨、铌生产商。
大摩此前发布研报称，洛阳钼业公布去年初步盈利预计达128亿至142亿元人民币，意味着去年第四季盈利将达45亿至59亿元人民币，高于市场预期的约35亿元人民币，相信是受惠于销售量增加以及有效税率从第二及第三季的高位恢复正常。因此，维持公司“增持”评级，H股目标价8.3港元。
