Hess Midstream's (HESM) unit, Hess Midstream Operations, said Monday it plans to sell $800 million worth of senior unsecured notes due 2028 in a private offering to institutional buyers.
The net proceeds, along with borrowings under a revolving credit facility, will be used to redeem the company's outstanding 5.625% senior notes due 2026, it said.
