　　普拉达（01913）发布公告，于2025年1月28日，公司与Peschiera Immobiliare订立该协议，据此，公司购入及Peschiera Immobiliare出售该物业，代价为1260万欧元。

　　据悉，该物业是两幢位于Via Scalarini 8 Milan Italy的独立楼宇（分别为“楼宇一”及“楼宇二”），楼宇一，现时用作办事处及陈列室，其中包括底层及地下室，总净面积为2417平方米；及楼宇二，现时用作办事处及实验室，其中包括底层及地下室另加底层以上3层，总净面积为1387平方米。

　　该物业现时根据现有租赁协议出租予集团。公司自2023年以来一直向Peschiera Immobiliare租赁楼宇一，而Marchesi于2018年至2023年期间向Peschiera Immobiliare租赁楼宇一及自2023年以来一直向Peschiera Immobiliare租赁楼宇二。

　　该物业邻近该等其他楼宇，便于与现有业务活动结合，实现营运效率和协同效应。此外，收购该物业为公司在空间利用及潜在用途变更方面提供了更大的灵活性。
