金吾财讯 | 稀土概念股午后拉升，截至发稿，中国稀土(00769)涨10.53%，金力永磁(06680)涨1.63%。消息面上，中国商务部会同海关总署，发布对钨等相关物项实施出口管制的公告，对仲钨酸铵等25种稀有金属产品及其技术实施出口管制。商务部发言人表示，关于对钨等相关物项实施出口管制，此前，已向相关国家及地区通报。发言人称，对钨等相关物项实施出口管制是国际通行做法。中国作为全球主要的钨等相关物项生产国和出口国，长期以来，坚定履行防扩散等国际义务，根据维护国家安全和利益需要，依法对特定相关物项实施出口管制，此次增列相关物项，体现了统筹发展和安全的管制理念，有利于更好维护国家安全与利益，有利于更好履行防扩散等国际义务，有利于保障全球产业链供应链安全稳定。出口符合相关规定的，将予以许可。
