国联证券2月8日公告，已于2月7日完成公司名称和注册资本的工商变更登记手续。公司名称由“国联证券股份有限公司”变更为“国联民生证券股份有限公司”，注册资本由人民币28.32亿元变更为54.72亿元。

此前，国联证券通过发行A股股份的方式向国联集团、沣泉峪等45名交易对方，购买其合计持有的民生证券99.26%的股份并募集配套资金。
