第四范式计划配售最多2792万股新H股
财中社2月7日电第四范式（06682）发布公告，宣布与配售代理签订了配售协议，计划配售最多2792万股新H股，每股配售价格为50.2港元。根据公告，假设已发行股份在配售完成前没有变动，配售股份将占已发行H股数目的约10.46%及总股份数目的约5.99%。配售价格较2025年2月6日的收市价56.8港元折让约11.62%，较过去五个交易日的平均收市价55.68港元折让约9.84%，而较过去三十个交易日的平均收市价47.21港元则溢价约6.33%。
配售事项预计的所得款项总额及净额（扣除相关成本及开支后）分别约为14.02亿港元及13.94亿港元，按此计算，配售股份的净配售价将约为每股49.93港元。此次配售旨在支持公司的持续发展、巩固核心竞争力以及确保可持续增长。公告还指出，配售所得将用于核心产品研发、业务拓展、并购机会及企业一般用途。
