InFocus Group (ASX:IFG) completed its acquisition of software engineering consultancy firm Prodigy9, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
In line with the acquisition, the company issued 10 million shares and nearly 33.8 million performance rights to the vendors.
The acquisition is expected to expand InFocus' offering to end-to-end consulting services. The company wants Prodigy9 and its Onify Tech business to be cash flow generative "within months," per the filing.
