2月5日金融一线消息，国家金融监督管理总局咸阳监管分局行政处罚信息公开表显示，天安财产保险股份有限公司咸阳中心支公司因编制虚假财务资料报销业务管理费，被罚款11.1万元。

　　上官亚斌（时任天安财产保险股份有限公司咸阳中心支公司总经理）、李雷雷（时任天安财产保险股份有限公司咸阳中心支公司市场总监）二人对上述违法违规行为负有责任，分别受到警告并被罚款1.3万元。
