消息面上，洲际航天科技发布公告，于2025年2月6日，公司与阿拉伯信息通讯技术组织(AICTO)订立战略合作协议携手成为战略合作伙伴，在卫星制造、卫星测运控及数据应用活动方面进行合作。
战略合作协议的订约方同意成为战略合作伙伴，在以下合作领域进行合作，其中包括：1.AICTO协助公司为6000颗遥感及通讯卫星申请无线电频率，以支援计划中的低轨星座运作，为中东及非洲地区提供服务。AICTO须在整个申请过程中提供专业技术及支援，确保符合相关的监管标准及程序。2.公司将承担申请过程中产生的所有成本和费用，包括但不限于申请费、监管费用以及申请过程中可能产生的任何额外费用。3.双方将共同探讨及研究无线电频率的法规，以及申请过程中遇到的技术问题。4.双方同意的任何其他联合活动。
