Carnegie Clean Energy (ASX:CCE) named current non-executive director Anthony Shields non-executive chairman, succeeding Terry Stinson, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
Stinson has retired as chairman after serving the company since 2017, the filing said.
