近日，日本国民品牌松下官宣重大重组计划。松下控股将解散其家电子公司松下电器，集中力量发展人工智能数据中心等高利润领域。

这一决定引发松下控股的股价周三开盘后直线上涨，涨幅超过11%。花旗银行分析师Kota Ezawa认为，松下大幅裁员并出售多项业务是一次大规模手术，意味着该公司管理层已经做好充分准备。

松下控股株式会社代表董事、总裁兼集团首席执行官楠见雄规则表示，该公司将放弃传统的电视机事业，计划进行出售。但该公司除了出售外可能还有别的选择，目前管理层正在对此进行研究。

根据周二声明，松下电器解散后将分割为三家公司，其中智能生活板块将涵盖白色家电，另一家则专注于空调和食品配送，照明业务重建为电气工程公司。其余包括锂电池、汽车材料等业务则继续保持子公司格局。
