首尔等很多亚洲城市的豪宅价格正在上涨，跟纽约和伦敦等较成熟市场的下跌走势相反。

　　根据房地产咨询公司莱坊的数据，2024年最后一个季度，纽约高端物业（定义为市场前5%的物业）价格同比下跌0.3%，伦敦下跌1%。虽然有迹象表明，纽约的豪宅市场可能反弹，但伦敦料迎来2020年以来表现最糟的一年。北京、香港、墨尔本也出现下滑。

　　但在首尔、迪拜和东京，豪宅价格飙升，分别上涨了18%、17%和13%。上海涨1%。

　　借贷成本上升和政局不稳让全球一些高端房地产市场遇阻。但在强劲的经济增长和富裕投资者的需求推动下，高端物业价格整体来看已现转机，该报告分析的44个城市房价平均涨幅为3.2%。

　　尽管近期政局不稳，首尔房价仍出现了飙升。在迪拜，豪宅越发奢侈，打造1亿美元的豪宅以吸引世界各地的超级富豪。尽管借贷成本上升，但日元贬值吸引外国买家前往东京。

　　莱坊的高端物业指数创下2024年第一季度以来的最强表现，当时该指数同比增长4.1%。
