独立非执行董事曾鸣已获委任为ESG委员会成员兼主席;独立非执行董事陈毅奋及独立非执行董事刘莉已获委任为ESG委员会成员，自2025年2月6日起生效。
董事会已决议成立风险管理委员会，以(其中包括)协助董事会履行其职责，监督及监察集团的风险管理(包括ESG及与气候相关的风险)及内部监控系统的有效性，自2025年2月6日起生效。
