　　据财新消息，多位了解包凡案情的人士表示，‘包凡涉嫌行贿及对非国家工作人员行贿，目前案件已进入司法程序，移送检察机关审查起诉。’

　　目前，华兴资本（01911．HK）由包凡的妻子许彦清（Ms． Hui Yin Ching）执掌。2024年10月9日，华兴资本宣布许彦清被任命为董事会主席，并由非执行董事转任执行董事，负责集团的战略规划，并专注于财富管理业务，负责开拓新兴市场的出海业务与集团的投资者关系事务。

　　去年2月时，彭博消息指华兴资本有意寻求出售，当时潜在买家包括一家总部位于香港的金融集团，同时也有几家小型中国券商也表现出了兴趣。

　　包凡，约于2023年2月被有关部门带走，至今已两年。
