洲际船务联营公司签署1976万美元船舶更替协议
财中社2月5日电洲际船务（02409）发布公告，董事会于2025年2月5日宣布，买方Continental Kapital Tankers Holdings Limited（本公司的联营公司）与卖方福建东南造船有限公司及原买方Seacon Shipping Pte. Ltd.（本公司的间接全资附属公司）订立更替协议，原买方同意就两艘船舶更替原合约，新的造船合约将取代原合约，总代价约为1976万美元。这一更替符合公司持续战略，旨在优化船队组合，提升流动性，并为收购新船舶提供资金。
此次更替将增加买方的化工及石油产品航运能力，以更好地满足市场需求。公司预计更替不会产生收益或亏损，所得款项将用于潜在收购船舶及一般运营资金。此外，更替事项的最高适用百分比率超过5%但低于25%，需根据上市规则进行披露。董事认为更替协议的条款公平合理，符合股东的整体利益。
