　　源想集团（08401）公布，该公司建议按“1供2”基准发行最多约4.8亿股供股股份，每股供股股份0.0850港元，较股份于最后交易日在联交所所报收市价每股0.1港元折让约15.00%。

　　假设供股获全数认购，净筹约3850万港元，约2550万港元用于扩展及发展集团的网上广告服务业务及推广网上平台；及约1300万港元用于一般营运资金。
