金吾财讯 | 晋景新能(01783)尾盘闪崩一度跌超85%，截至发稿，跌逾50%，报3.75港元，成交额5974万港元。消息面上，晋景新能是一家主要从事建筑业务的投资控股公司。该公司主要提供上层结构，即地面以上结构的建筑、修葺、维护、改建及加建工程服务。该公司将绿色能源解决方案运用在建筑工程服务中，现有的绿色能源解决方案包括：新型电池储能系统，建筑节能改造，楼宇智慧控制及能源效率控制系统，电动车充电设施基建与安装，充电场配备储能系统等。同时，该公司从事逆向供应链管理及环保相关服务的业务，该服务主要指回收动力电池，将电池重新设计并应用于新型电池储能系统。日前公布的业绩显示，截至2024年9月30日止六个月，集团实现收益2.48亿港元，同比增长4.5%，其中逆向供应链管理及环保相关服务收入1.57亿港元，同比增长138.23%。集团实现毛利约4440.6万港元，同比增长323.9%，毛利率为17.9%。经调整EBITDA由去年同期亏损约1380万港元转为溢利约1590万港元。截至2024年9月30日止六个月，整体毛利率相对去年同期约4.4%增加至约17.9%。
