Centuria Office REIT (ASX:COF) reported Wednesday that its funds from operations (FFO) per unit in the fiscal first half fell to AU$0.0579, compared with the prior year's AU$0.07 per unit.
Analysts polled by Visible Alpha were expecting funds from operations of AU$0.061.
Loss per diluted share in fiscal H1 narrowed to AU$0.0355, from a loss of AU$0.1664 per diluted share a year earlier.
Revenue for the six-month period ended Dec. 31, 2024, was AU$75.3 million, down from AU$84.6 million in the same period last year. The Visible Alpha average estimate was for revenue of AU$87.4 million.
The real estate investment trust reaffirmed its full fiscal year FFO guidance of AU$0.118 per unit and distribution guidance of AU$0.101 per unit.
The board declared an interim dividend of AU$0.0505 per unit, down from the AU$0.06 in the previous reported period.
