　　冠中地产（00193）公布，于2025年2月6日，公司与配售代理订立配售协议，据此，公司已有条件同意透过配售代理尽最大努力配售3886.5万股新股份予不少于六名独立承配人（按现时预期），配售价为每股配售股份0.267港元，较当日收市价每股0.330港元折让约19%。

　　配售事项所得款项总额将约为1040万港元。公司拟将配售事项所得款项净额约1000万港元用于其营运、业务及用作一般营运资金。
